Since we could not hold an Annual Meeting in person this year, it was held as a short online meeting where members of the society were able to ask questions of the officers.
The annual report and accounts for 2020 were presented in the March News Update which was sent to all members and can be viewed below.
There were no contested nominations for posts on the Executive Committee. The elected committee members are listed on our ‘How we are run’ page and in the minutes below.
A revised and modernised constitution was proposed to the meeting, it was unanimously adopted and can be viewed below.
